November Updates

Back again with your monthly updates!

Smoke is still on track to be released next spring! If this changes at any time, I will include it in a monthly update. Counting Shards is almost done being outlined, and I’ll work on the outline for Spark after that. I work on these when I hit roadblocks writing Smoke. You can see the status of each of these projects on my Works in Progress page! I’m also currently trying to get people to review my book. In personal news, nothing much has changed. I’m working on the blanket commission I mentioned last month as well as continuing to prep for my market. I’m considering adding links to purchase things on my website and skipping out on the market. It would be a combination of pre-made and custom orders. If that kind of stuff interests you, let me know!

In reading news, I’ve recently finished Good Girl, Bad Blood by Holly Jackson. I’m only about 1/4 of the way through The 7 1/2 Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle by Stuart Turton. It’s a great read so far, and I’m obsessed with it, even if my progress with it doesn’t reflect that. I just haven’t had much time to read lately. But hey, that’s what audiobooks are for! In the past month, I listened to American Predator by Maureen Callahan and Mindhunter by John E. Douglas and Mark Olshaker. Both of these were great audiobooks that really scratch the true crime itch October always brings me.
