January Updates

Happy new year!

Writing Updates:

Smoke is still on track for this spring! Counting Shards is completely outlined, and I’m working on the Spark outline. Since it’s just a light, fluffy novel, I’m fighting the urge to make it too long. I’m having a deep-rooted desire to make everything light and fluffy these days (I feel the world needs more of it), but I’m doing my best not to make Spark as long as Flame. I’m also going to be starting a mini-series based around the vaults and experiments therein from the Fallout game series. You’ll be able to read those free on my site when they’re ready, and you’ll also be able to find them on AO3. I’ll post more direct links once I’m set up over there.

Reading Updates:

I have finally finished The 7 1/2 Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle! Every turn in that book was a left, and I loved every one. If I’m being completely honest, there’s still parts of it I don’t understand, so I definitely see a re-read in the future. If you haven’t seen it, I created a 2026 reading challenge on StoryGraph. I think it’ll be a lot of fun, so come join if you’re interested!

Crochet Updates:

I created a Facebook page! I’m still searching for what to post, so posts are sparse. But it’s a great way to get in touch with me if you’re looking to have items handmade with love!

Personal Updates:

Not much. Christmas and New Year were spent with my family, and I adored them both. We had a wonderful time together, and time with my family is something I wouldn’t trade for anything in this world.
